Delivery & Sharing Policy

HeartNotes is a digital service. No physical item is printed, packaged, or shipped as part of any order — what you create and receive is an online experience.

Once your HeartNote is ready, it is made available at a private link. You can then share that link with your intended recipient yourself, through whichever channel you choose — for example messaging, email, or any other way you'd normally reach them.

We do not currently guarantee a fixed delivery time for when a HeartNote or its link becomes available. If you experience an unexpected delay, contact us using the details below.

You are responsible for entering the correct recipient details and for sharing the HeartNote link accurately. HeartNotes is not responsible for a HeartNote reaching the wrong person due to details entered incorrectly during creation.

If you or your recipient are unable to open or access a HeartNote link, contact us at support@myheartnotes.in or with your order details so we can look into it.
